ChairmanA visionary and an incredible leader, Mr. C Parthasarathy, fondly addressed as CP by the group members is the front runner of the Karvy Group. His revolutionary ideas and impeccable will power have taken Karvy to the heights it is at today.
Mr. C Parthasarathy, with his leadership in the financial services, is responsible for building Karvy as one of India's truly integrated Financial Services Provider; he is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate in law.
He oversees the group's operations and formulates the vision and business direction of the group. His passion and vision for achieving leadership in the business are key in making KARVY a leading financial intermediary and ranking them as the number one in the registrar, Share Transfer and IPO Distribution businesses.
Mr. C Parthasarathy also holds directorship in Karvy Securities Limited, Karvy Stock Broking Limited, Karvy Investor Services Limited, Karvy Computershare Private Limited, Karvy Comtrade Limited, EPR Pharmaceuticals Private Limited and Ocean Sparkles Limited.
V Mahesh
Managing DirectorA strong figure in Karvy Leadership Team, V Mahesh is a BA in Corporate Secretaryship from University of Madras. He also holds a Post Graduate degree in Commerce from University of Madras (M.Com) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications. His work experience spanning over 2 decades has given him an in depth exposure to operations on most financial services businesses, which has enabled him and his team to contribute immensely to the company’s growth. Commencing his professional stint with the Registry business where he has to his credit managing over 300 IPOs and other forms of offerings, he was amongst the first few to work closely on the Book Building process initiated by SEBI in 1995. After initially working with MCS as an Assistant Vice President, he moved to Karvy and is presently designated as the Managing Director of Karvy Data Management Services Ltd.
At Karvy, he has been a key figure in the initiation of the process of setting up the Depository participant business. His energy levels motivate everyone to give their best and grow with the group. Mr. V. Mahesh has been nominated by the NSDL to various committees which addressed key changes to the overall processes and policies for the Demat business. Mr. Mahesh has also been responsible for the setting up the centralized broking platform, centralized back office operations for all financial products and creating a network of over 500 branches covering over 300 locations for Karvy. He has also been instrumental in creating and launching the online platform of Karvy Stock Broking Limited.
V Ganesh
DirectorV Ganesh’s career is most inspiring when you look at his experience and growth spanning over 2 decades in the Karvy group. He comes from a background in the financial services industry and is part of the Karvy Group leadership team. By profession, he is a Chartered and Cost Accountant and has rich experience in the KPO / BPO domain. The start of his career was with Proctor and Gamble in product pricing and financial support before moving on to a stint with ITC Group in its risk management services arm.
At Karvy, since over 2 decades, Ganesh has been instrumental in building a strong techno-commercial base with emphasis on establishing a pan India branch network, back office processing, call center, web initiatives, online trading, B2B interfaces etc. in the transfer agency and BPO businesses. His engagements with leading domestic and global financial services firms has provided him with a rare mix of business management, strategic management, people management and financial management skills.
He is the CEO of Karvy Computershare Pvt. Ltd, India’s largest registrar, which is a joint venture with Computershare Limited of Australia. His passion for technology coupled with strong communication and leadership skills has helped transform businesses to attain their leadership positions.
Rajat Parthasarathy
DirectorRajat is a commerce graduate with over 7 years of experience in financial services industry. He is presently the Director of Karvy Data Management Services, Forde Search (India) Pvt Ltd, Forde Consultants Pvt Ltd. and Compar Estates and Agencies Pvt Ltd. He started his career in Karvy Comtrade Ltd as a Regional Head – Sales and Marketing of Commodity Broking and moved to Karvy Stock Broking Limited as Regional Head – Retail stock broking. Presently he is assigned to co-ordinate and head the new initiatives in power, infrastructure and real estate.
Adhiraj Parthasarathy
Additional DirectorAdhiraj is passionate about innovation, and using it to transform organizations. With this outlook, his contribution towards taking the Karvy Group forward has been immense. He is a philanthropist by nature and takes up projects that benefit communities like those of local artisans and weavers etc.
He is an MBA with over 10 years of experience of associating with public sector, state and central governments, consumer behavior and managing human resources of massive scale in field surveys. He has executed multi state projects involving data analysis and innovation design standardized ethnographic analysis reducing the cost by 20%. During his career, he has generated and executed key projects and identified innovative opportunities for many telephone, media and technology companies using ethnographic qualitative and quantitative data analysis. He has also designed research tools and established data collection built design scenario modules for external clients.

Independent DirectorVijay Kumar is Independent Director of the company. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for a period of 30 years. He has a vast experience in Audit & Taxation. He has conducted Statutory Audit of various companies which include manufacturing, construction, real estate, stock broking etc. He is Statutory Branch Auditor for Various Public sector Banks. He has conducted audit of various Partnership and Proprietary firms for tax audit which include wholesale traders, fuel stations etc.

Independent DirectorDivakar is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for a period of over 31 years. He owns a consultancy firm named as Madhusudana & Co. Chief Executive Officer - E-GovernanceSrinivas Varma comes with about 25 years of experience in the IT, ITeS, e-Governance industry, having served in various executive management roles focusing on Operations, Sales and Strategy. He joined KDMSL as the CEO of e-Governance and is responsible for overseeing the vision, strategic direction, executive management team and is chartered with steering the company's growth and focus on innovation.
In his last assignment, he has managed two ventures of the Paradigm IT Group as CEO i.e. eGramIT Services and e-Centric Solutions which operate across 12 states in India and employing over 3,800 employees, which include the rural/semi-urban work force to deliver top notch e-governance and ITeS services. He was responsible for achieving high productivity targets with high margins and maintaining proper communication channels to improve customer service satisfaction levels. He is Instrumental in measuring productivity and profitability at associate/day level.

He was a former Director of Xerox Global Services, Group President and CEO of Vakrangee Softwares Limited and VP and Head of Kodak Enterprise Services and Solutions. His last assignment was with HCL Services Limited, where he was their Chief Sales Officer. He experience in IT Services business spans across many verticals such as BFSI, Telecom, Manufacturing, Education, Health Care, ITeS, e-Governance and Retail. At KDMSL, he focuses on four important engines of growth for KDMSL which are – IT Services and Support, Health Care, Logistics and Education.

Vice President & Head - Business Development & Operations - TelecomRengamoorthy is an MBA from Madurai Kamaraj University with specialization in Sales & Marketing. He has 25 Years of Experience in IT and Telecom and has worked with HCL Infosystems, PCS Technology, Tata Teleservices and Reliance Communications. In his last assignment with Reliance Communications in Bangalore, he was heading the Sales and Operations division. During the 25 years of his career, he has played various roles in Corporate Sales, Channel Sales, Direct Sales, Retail Sales, P & L Management Delivery, Customer Support and Overall Operations.

COO - Contact CentreMakesh is a post graduate from Madura College, Madurai. He has an experience of over 20 years in both B2B and B2C businesses, covering Business development, Go to Market strategy, Client relationship, Operations and P&L Management. Prior to joining KDMSL he has worked in companies like Allsec Technologies Ltd, Adventity (Sutherland), Su-Kam, LG, Onida and HCL. He joins KDMSL as head of Business for contact centre and will be responsible for the P&L of the contact centre division.
